From 2014 to the present: consultation and loan service, bibliographic research and home delivery service – in the City of Naples – of volumes and magazines to people with motor disabilities and reading service for visually impaired or blind people.

January 2013 to date: research collaboration with the “Centro Studi sul Teatro Napoletano, Meridionale ed Europeo”, President Professor Antonia Lezza (Università di Salerno), on the relationship between emotional conflicts, in recognizing oneself as a person with gender variance, and the ways in which these experiences are represented on stage.

January 2013 to date: counseling and psychological support for women, of any age, victims of abuse, abuse, physical and psychological violence, in collaboration with “ONDA ROSA”, ONLUS Association (Naples, via Carducci 29), established in 1990 for the knowledge, affirmation and defense of women’s rights, in network with the “centro Antiviolenza” of the Comune di Naples (via Posillipo, Carelli Park, 8/c) January/March 2013: patronage and participation in “Hermes-Linking network to fight sexual and gender stigma”, (co-financed by the Daphne III Programme of the European Union) designed by the “Teomesus” department and implemented in collaboration with the Universitad Computense of Madrid, the University College of Dublin, the Arcigay Napoli Antinoo, the Kassandre – Napoli and Agedo – Palermo. Specifically, in collaboration with the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi, it has designed and implemented a path to raise awareness on issues related to stigma and gender discrimination in the “All’avventura con Tizy”, Nola, (Naples).

 2021: Signing of the Protocol of Intent “Over the Rainbow” with the Casa Circondariale Femminile (Women’s Prison) of Pozzuoli, the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi (Servizi per l’Inclusione Attiva e Partecipata degli Studenti) of the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, the Associazione Antinoo Arcigay Napoli, the Associazione Le Maree Napoli ALFI, the Associazione Pride Vesuvio Rainbow with the aim of encouraging and promoting actions to support female prisoners L. G.B.T.I. held at CCF Pozzuoli, also through work placement projects and to promote training courses that may involve prison workers who carry out their institutional duties in contact with prisoners. 2021: Participates in the project that won the call with Public Notice of the National Antidiscrimination Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (U.N.A.R.): I Have a Dream: LGBTI migrants, led by the Arcigay Napoli Antinoo Committee and the participation of ASD Pochos Napoli 2012, Pride Vesuvio Rainbow ODV and Nèfesh ONLUS. The project aims to lay the foundations for the establishment of a national platform for in-depth analysis, study and exchange on migration phenomena and asylum requests for reasons of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, sexual characteristics in order to find bottom-up strategies to encourage the political participation of LGBTI migrants.

2020: Participate and win the banned selection with Public Notice of the National Bureau of Racial Discrimination of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (U.N.A.R.): “Our Pride out loud: collecting, digitizing and creating databases Archive on the historical documentation concerning the movement Italian LGBT, with particular attention to the South of Italy”, with leader Arcigay Napoli Antinoo Committee and the participation of the Arcigay Palermo and Arcigay Makwan Messina Committee. The project has the aim of protecting, enhancing and promoting the enjoyment of historical documents relating to LGBT+ issues, in particular attention to southern Italy, and proposes a series of contrasting actions to discriminatory phenomena. The project also provides for cooperation among the LGBT+ documentation centres in southern Italy.

2020: Participates in and obtains funding from the “Fondazione con il Sud” for the realization of the initiative: “And I go to work”, addressed to third sector organisations engaged in the social reintegration of prisoners into the community, with particular emphasis on attention to the socio-labour integration of subjects recipients of final criminal convictions in custody ordinary, or as an alternative to detention. The Foundation presented in partnership with the Provincial Committee Arcigay Antinoo di Napoli (group leader), the “Fortunato” project, which proposes the start of work for the prisoners of the ” Casa Circondariale di Poggioreale” and which places particular attention to the LGBT population, providing for the establishment of a company cooperative. The project consists of the individualized taking charge and in group training and counseling.

2020: The Foundation promotes with the Associations: AGEDO Napoli, ALFI Le Maree Napoli, Antinoo Arcigay Napoli, ATN Famiglie Arcobaleno, Pochos Napoli, Ponti Sospesi, Pride Vesuvio Rainbow and with the support of the City of Naples, the flash mob on 27 June in Piazza del Plebiscito.

2020: Member of the Permanent Consultation Table for the promotion of the rights and protection of LGBT people, established by the Minister for Equal Opportunities and the Family by decree of 13 May 2020. The Table is the operational tool for dialogue and confrontation between institutions and sector associations engaged in the promotion of the rights of LGBT people and in activities to combat discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

2020: The Foundation sponsors the 4th edition of Visionary Days, the continuous brainstorming day and involves five cities simultaneously: Turin, Genoa, Pavia, Bologna and Naples. Round tables of children under 35 from all over Italy will discuss a theme on the central stage. Visionary Days is supported by Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT and Politecnico di Torino in partnership with FCA, Nestlè Italia and Reply.

2019: co-design with puntOorg International Research Network of the first Italian edition of the book by Mariela Castro Espín, entitled L’integrazione sociale delle persone transessuali a Cuba, with the participation of scholars of different theoretical and disciplinary backgrounds. The text includes a new original chapter and unpublished by Mario Bottone and Paolo Valerio entitled “Il fascinon indiscreto del gender.

2019: launch of a series of poems and verses in collaboration with “Editoriale scientifica” with the number 1 title LASKARO.

2019: co-design of the 10th edition of the international cycle En attendant…, International Conferences, Naples, 7 June 2019, University of Naples Federico II.

2018: Participation in the Permanent Consultation Table for the promotion of the rights and protection of LGBT people, promoted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities and UNAR (National Office for Racial Discrimination).

2018: Patronage for the Conference, held on March 16, 2018, entitled The health of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people between stigma and resources: models in comparison, organized by the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi – Services for Active and Participatory Inclusion of Students of the University of Naples Federico II, the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP) and the Department of Neuroscience and Reproductive and Odontostomatological Sciences.

2018: Sponsorship for the International Congress, held in the days 19 and 20 October 2018, called The Transgender population and Gender Nonconforming. The different contexts of the intervention, organized from O.N.I.G. (National Observatory on Gender Identity).

2018: Publication of the volume: – edited by Paolo Valerio, Anna Lisa Amodeo, Cristiano Scandurra and Daniela Scafaro – called Congresso Internazionale. La popolazione Transgender e Gender Nonconforming. I differenti contesti dell’intervento, inherent to the initiative of O.N.I.G. (National Observatory on Gender Identity).

2018: co-design and implementation of the research entitled Transform the organization of the places of detention by P. Valerio, C. Bertolazzi and Porpora Marcasciano and dissemination of results of research throughout the country.

2018-2019: co-design and implementation (with C. Scandurra and D. Frost) of a PIJ thematic Issue entitled Experiences of LGBTI+ Population within Healthcare Context.

2018: co-design and implementation of the partnership between puntOorg and the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi – Services for the Active and Participatory Inclusion of Students of the University of Naples Federico II through a memorandum of understanding and definition of a joint operational headquarters of the Fondazione GIC and the Associazione puntOorg at the University of Naples Federico II.

2018: co-design, implementation and dissemination on the whole national territory of work Il canto dei sireni of Mary Nicotra, Naples, Editoriale Scientifica.

2017: Award ceremony of Prof. Paolo Valerio, on May 31st at the International Festival of Campodimele held in the historical village of Campodimele (Latina), for his action of promotion and support to the culture of differences through fairy tales that aim to educate to respect otherness. The fairy tales are published by the Fondazione Genere Identità Cultura and promoted within the initiatives of the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi” – “Services for the Active and Participatory Inclusion of Students” of the Università degli studi Napoli Federico II.

2017: Organization and sponsorship for the Family Feast organized by Famiglie Arcobaleno for May 7, 2017 at the Diaz Roundabout in Naples.

2016: Scholarship of 12 months for the training of a graduate in sociology expert in the study of subjects in evolutionary age “gender variant” living in disadvantaged social contexts of the city of Naples (cod. r i f. SINAPSI/BORSE/01-2015) – May 2015/May 2016.

2016: co-design, implementation and dissemination over large areas of the national and international territory of the work of visual arts block#0, aimed at restoring “sense” to the experience of “waste”.

2015: As part of the MARZO DONNA review organized by the Comune di Napoli,Assessorato Pari opportunità, responsible for the coordination of four days of discussion on the new generations of women at risk of forms of prostitution by baby call girls and presentation of the report “ALL’OMBRA DELLE FANCIULLE IN FIORE: IL TEMPO PERDUTO DALLE DELLE ADOLESCENTI BABY SQUILLO”.

2015: Participation in the Personalized Medicine Conference, from gene to gender at the Faculty of Medicine in Salerno with the report by Dr. Angela Candela entitled: “Sesso biologico, stereotipi di genere e transgenderismo”.

2015: Research on the world of work with T* people hesitated in the publication entitled: ”Transformare l’organizzazione delle pratiche di lavoro e di pensiero” (by S. Oliverio, L.M. Sicca and P. Valerio), Napoli, Editoriale scientifica e conseguente divulgazione dei risultati della ricerca sull’intero territorio nazionale.

2015: Publication of the fable e-book for children: “Pluralino e la scoperta della bellezza delle differenze ” written and designed by Mariano Gianola.

2014: 12-month scholarship for the training of an expert in the design and evaluation of gender stigma prevention interventions to be carried out in pre-school and primary schools (ref. code SINAPSI/BORSE/02-2013) – October 2013/October 2014.

2014: 12-month scholarship for the training of an expert in the study of new forms of family and parental functions (ref. code SINAPSI/BAG/03-2013) – October 2013/October 2014.

2014: participation of the President of the Foundation in the Scientific Committee of puntOorg.

2014: From 2014 until today, the Foundation collaborates permanently in numerous research projects of the international network puntOorg, with the presence of scholars and lecturers from over 30 research institutions, including universities, CNR centers and music conservatories on three of the five continents. All the collaboration activities have been carried out both in the co-projecting phase and in the realization and dissemination of the research results and are traced on the puntOorg Association website (www.puntoorg. net). They concern both the research work on the culture of differences with a top management of Diversity Management and the world of art management and Visual arts. We indicate some of them just for illustrative purposes, referring to the above mentioned site for a precise verification.

2014: organization of the 7th edition of the Artelesia Film Festival, School and University, Short Film Competition, in collaboration with the Cultural Association “Libero Teatro” (Telese terme, BN), the Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi, Arcigay Napoli, the City of Telese Terme and under the patronage of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the Regione Campania, province of Benevento, the Chamber of Commerce BN, the E. P.T. BN,
the Università del Sannio, the Università Suor Orsola Benincasa, the Università di Salerno, the University of Muricia (Spain).

2014: Participation of Dr. Candela in the organization of the 7th edition of the ArTELESIA FILM FESTIVAL, SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY, COMPETITION CORTOMETRAGES, to promote the work of experimentation and film research in schools of all levels, universities (Italian and foreign), with attention to issues of social and civil commitment, promoting the communicative potential of new media languages, through films belonging to the circuit of independent and non independent cinema.

2013: Press conference at the City of Naples with Dr. Candela, with the Artistic Director of the INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THE CINEMA TRANS, “DIVER-//GENTI” SPECIAL NAPLES, promoted by the FOUNDATION “GENERE IDENTITA’ CULTURA”, intended to promote opportunities for meeting and debate on the theme of transsexual identity, within a SINGLE THINK FIGHT, as a dialectical opening to dialogue on the different readings offered by gender identities .

2013: The Foundation “Genere Identità Cultura”, through Dr. Candela, starts a relationship of synergy with the “CENTRO STUDI SUL TEATRO NAPOLETANO, MERIDIONALE ED EUROPEO” (President Professor ANTONIA LEZZA, Università di Salerno), interested in theatrical themes related to gender identity, with attention to the gender/sexuality interconnection.

2013: 26-27 October: Patronage of the O.N.I.G. International Conference. (National Observatory of Gender Identity) “Varianze di genere: buone pratiche e questioni sociali e politiche. Quali sviluppi? Per quale futuro?”, in collaboration with the Comune di Napoli, Ordine degli Psicologi della Campania, Regione Campania, Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, Centro di Ateneo SInAPSi-Federico II, Arcigay Naples, UNAR (National Office for Racial Discrimination).

May 2013: sponsorship and organization of the 6th edition of “Diver//-genti” International Festival of the Trans, SPECIAL NAPLES Film Festival of the same name, held in Bologna by M.I.T. (Movement for Transsexual Identity), in defense and protection of the rights, health and dignity of gender minorities (transgender, transgender, queer).

March 2013: sponsorship of the activities promoted in Campania by the National Office for Racial Discrimination (U.N.A.R.) for the IV National Week against violence. In collaboration with the Comune di Napoli, the Ordine degli Psicologi della Campania, the Università di Napoli “Federico II”, the cooperativa Dedalus and Arcigay Napoli has promoted the day of awareness raising aimed at the institutions of the regione Campania “I Have a Dream:se chiudi con il razzismo si apre un mondo” and “Soccer Light: un calcio contro il razzismo”, quadrangular tournament of soccer.
